>Norfolk Blogger thinks he can rain on our parade by pointing out that lunar eclipses happen really, really often. However, this is the first one we’ve enjoyed as a family and got excited about. It’s also supposed to be the best in years. It may never happen again like this for us. So we’re enjoying it. So there:-)

  1. >I would just point out that according to wikipedia, Lunar exlipses happen 4-7 times a year, and they voer a far greater swathe of the earth than a solar eclipe. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EclipseI can certainly remember several lunar eclipes, at least 5, although this was the clearest.I am pleased you enjoyed it.
